The Romanian Order no. 106/2023 for amending and completing the Technical Norm regarding the delimitation of the protection and safety areas related to the energy capacities, approved by the Romanian Order of the President of the National Regulatory Authority for Energy No. 239/2019
For an electrical connection/transformation station, the protection and safety zones are established as follows:
a) the protection zone is defined by the fencing of installations, equipment and their technological annexes;
b) the safety zone of the electrical station, taking into account its highest rated voltage, shall be as follows:
(i) for an electrical station with an upper rated voltage of 110 kV:
1. when the station is of exterior type:
1.1. And the circuit breakers/current transformers/voltage transformers are oil-filled, it is the extended area in space delimited at a distance of 20 m from the station’s fencing, on each side of it;
1.2. And the circuit breakers, current transformers and voltage transformers are SF6/vacuum, it is the extended area in space delimited at a distance of 15 m from the station’s fencing on each side;
2. when the station is of internal type, it is delimited by the built surface of the station;
(ii) for an electrical station with an upper rated voltage of 220 kV and 400 kV respectively:
1. When the circuit breakers/current transformers/voltage transformers are with oil, it is the extended area in space delimited at a distance of 35 m from the station fencing, on each side of it;
2. When the circuit breakers, current transformers and voltage transformers are SF6/vacuum, it is the extended area in space delimited at a distance of 25 m from the station fencing, on each side of it.
The Romanian Procedure on the organization of the register of housing acquisitions with reduced VAT rate
The register shall be organized in electronic form, in accordance with the model set out in the Annex and it is managed with the help of the computer application provided by the Romanian National Center for Financial Information within the Romanian Ministry of Finance. The register shall be organized on the basis of the information in the legal acts between the living having as object the transfer of the right of ownership for the dwellings provided in Article 291 (2) letter m) pct. 3 of the Fiscal Code, authenticated starting with January 1st, 2024, and the information from the “Register of housing acquisitions with a reduced VAT rate of 5%, starting with January 1st, 2023”, organized according to the Procedure on the organization of the register of housing acquisitions with reduced VAT rate of 5%, starting with January 1, 2023, approved by the Order of the president of the National Agency for Tax Administration no. 2.053/2022.
The register shall be completed by notaries public on the date of authentication of legal acts between the living having as their object the transfer of ownership rights for dwellings whose value, including the land on which they are built, are, it does not exceed the amount of 600,000 lei, excluding value added tax, purchased by individuals individually or jointly with other natural person/natural persons, for which the reduced VAT rate applies.
