- Decision No 36/2023 on the amendment on the basis of the inflation index established at national level, of the remuneration for the authors of cinematographic or other audiovisual works, as set out in the table in the methodology for public communication of the repertoire of cinematographic and other audiovisual works, provided for in the protocol published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, by the Decision of the Director General of the Romanian Copyright Office no. 173/2007
- It amends, based on the inflation index established at national level, the remuneration due to authors of cinematographic or other audiovisual works, provided in the table of the methodology for public communication of the repertoire of cinematographic and other audiovisual works, provided for in the protocol published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, By decision of the Director General of the Romanian Copyright Office no. 173/2007, according to the Annex which forms an integral part of this Decision.
- The remuneration provided in the table containing the patrimonial rights due to authors of publicly communicated audiovisual works, calculated monthly in lei from the methodology for public communication of the repertoire of cinematographic and other audiovisual works, provided for in the protocol published by the Decision of the Director General of the Romanian Copyright Office no. 173/2007 in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 298 of 4 May 2007, ceases to apply.
- The decision can be appealed to the administrative courts.
- Order no. 600/2023 for amending and completing the methodology for granting amounts from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity, to non-governmental organizations provided for in Article 98 of Law no. 448/2006 on the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities, approved by the order of the Minister of Labor, Family, social and elderly protection no. 399/2013
- Within 5 working days from the opening of budget credits by the Ministry of Finance, the Directorate will proceed to the elaboration of payment documents for the purpose of making transfers of amounts. The transfer of the amounts shall not be made later than 24 of the months.
- In the case of maintenance expenses, the amounts are granted on the basis of a summary table of the supporting documents, signed by the legal representative of the organization, to which are attached copies of supporting documents that will contain the mention of conformity with the original with the signature of the legal representative or the person authorized by him.
