- The foreign individuals can exercise the capacity of a member of the Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania, thus being able to act as an insolvency practitioner in Romania, if in the state in which they have their domicile they have this specialty, certified by the recognized professional bodies or by the public authorities that authorize them and under the conditions established by the bilateral conventions.
