1. Circular no. 31/2022 regarding the reference interest rate level of the national Bank of Romania
  • Regarding the provisions of Romanian Government Ordinance no. 13/2011 on the remuneration and penalty legal interest for monetary obligations, as well as for the Regulation of financial and fiscal measures in the banking field in Romania, approved by Law no. 43/2012, with subsequent additions, of Law no. 312/2004 on the Statute of the national Bank of Romania and of the decision of the Board of Directors of the national Bank of Romania dated 5 October 2022, the national Bank of Romania decides that as of October 6, 2022, the reference interest rate of the national Bank of Romania is 6,25% per year.

 

  1. Order no. 2522/2022 for the amendment of para. (2) of art. 53 of the Romanian methodological norms for the application of Romanian Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works, approved by the Order of the Minister of Regional Development and Housing no. 839/2009
  • The extension of the validity of the building / dismantling authorization will be requested at least 45 working days before the expiry date of the validity period and can be granted, according to the law, only once for a maximum of 24 months.
  • In accordance with the provisions of Art. IV para. (1) of Law no. 176/2022 for the approval of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 93/2021 on the establishment of measures for the implementation of the stage II national local development program and for the amendment of Art. IV para. (1) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 6/2017 for amending and supplementing certain normative acts, as well as for establishing measures for the implementation of public-funded investments, for regulating certain measures related to the national local Development Program, as well as for amending certain normative acts, building permits already extended by no more than 12 months, the period of validity on the date of entry into force of the law, respectively on June 13, 2022, may be extended for a period equal to the difference up to 24 months.
