So, in the first stage, starting on 1 January 2015, to 975 lei per month for a complete working program of 168,667 hours per month on average, in 2015, representing 5.781 lei / hour and in the second stage, starting with July 1, 2015, to 1050 lei per month for a complete working program of 168,667 hours per month on average, in 2015, representing 6.225 lei / hour.
For non-compliance with these provisions, respectively for granting a salary lower than the minimum wage than the one provided in the Decision, the employers are punished with a fine whose amount is between 1,000 and 2,000 lei.
Regarding the payment obligations of the employers, due to the increase of the gross minimum wage, it is reflected in an increase of 93 lei more then the current value for a minimum wage. Gross remuneration to be paid to employees will also be 777 lei, compared with the current level of 724 lei.
Another obligation of the employers is represented by the costs for transmission in the Register of the Employees of the changes in the wage, if the employer is in a position to have an outsourced service for this procedure.
If these provisions are not complied with, respectively the changes are not transmitted to Revisal, the employers are punished with a fine whose amount is between 5,000 and 8,000 lei.
Sending the changes to Revisal should be performed, according to Government Decision No. 500/2011, no later than the day preceding the expiration of 20 working days. The exceptions include the situations in which changes occur as a result of a court decision or through a bill in the register, when registration is done in the day the employer is presumed by law to have acknowledged of their content.
