In accordance with the provisions of the Order, the amount of daily allowance for delegation and detachment is increased to a value of 17 lei.
The foregoing provisions on the amount of daily allowance for delegation and detachment were stipulated in art. 9 of the Annex to the Government Decision no. 1860/2006 concerning the rights and obligations of public authorities and institutions during the delegation and detachment in another town, and if movement in the town, in the interest of the job, as amended and supplemented, which established a delegation amount of daily allowance or detachment of 13 lei, without regard to the function that he fulfills or the public authority or institution in which they operate.
Given the fact that the amount of the allowance for delegation for budgetary is a benchmark for calculating taxable allowance in the private sector (2.5 times the legal limit for employees of public institutions), it follows that, since 27.01.2015, an employee hired in the private sector may receive a non-taxable allowance for delegations in the country in the amount of 42.5 lei / day.
Also, according to the provisions of the Order, the amount of the compensation of staff accommodation located in the delegation and not accommodated is increased to 45 lei.
