We are looking for a full-time professional for a hybrid role combining content marketing, lead generation, and business development support within a law firm.
Main Responsibilities
- drafting articles, case studies, website content, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters;
- conducting research using legal sources, specialist publications, and other relevant sources;
- publishing and distributing content;
- handling leads, follow-up, and scheduling meetings;
- outbound prospecting and lead generation;
- preparing offers, commercial materials, and presentations;
- identifying relevant companies, useful contacts, institutional sources, and commercial opportunities;
- contacting potential clients, partners, embassies, consulates, and relevant professional networks;
- coordinating the editorial workflow and reviewing materials prepared by students / collaborators;
- preparing seminars, events, press conferences, and branding materials;
- basic/intermediate video editing, working with CapCut or similar tools, publishing video / podcast clips;
- updating the CRM, statuses, and task tracking systems;
- supporting submissions, lawyer networks, and other visibility-related projects.
Requirements
- excellent written Romanian;
- good English;
- experience in content marketing, business development, client service, PR, or account support;
- very good organization and follow-up skills;
- attention to detail and discipline in execution;
- confidence in communicating with leads and potential clients;
- ability to turn technical topics into clear and useful materials.
Nice to Have
- experience in the legal field or another professional services environment;
- experience with WordPress, social media, CRM, and Excel;
- experience with CapCut, Canva, video editing, or podcast content;
- experience with submissions, awards, or lawyer networks.

Note
This is a hands-on role: the person will write content, follow up on leads, carry out outreach, and lightly coordinate the editorial workflow, without formal people management responsibilities.
