Ioana Hubert is a senior lawyer, litigator, with over 26 years of experience in the field of law, acquired as a lawyer for 9 years and as a judge for 17 years.

Ioana specializes in complex civil and commercial litigation, such as: annulments, title deed claims, resolutions, terminations of legal documents, boundary disputes, servitudes, possessory claims, the obligation to do and not to do, eviction requests, usucapions, judicial divisions, tortious civil liability, abusive clauses in contracts concluded with real estate developers and in any other legal documents, enforcement appeals, enforced executions, payment orders, low value claims, presidential orders, disputes between professionals, labour law disputes, litigation administrative, insolvency prevention procedures and insolvency procedures.
