About me
Monica Timofte is a senior lawyer, litigator, with over 17 years of experience in representing clients before the Romanian courts.
Monica gained extensive experience in litigation by working as a senior lawyer for 8 years in one of the largest law firms in Romania.
Monica is specialized in complex litigation such as: contractual and commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings, real estate disputes, disputes governed by, special legislation on the reconstitution of property rights, administrative and tax disputes, labor law disputes and enforcement proceedings.
Monica also has extensive experience with international clients and cross-border cases.
After graduating from the university, she attended postgraduate courses in European law at the University of Paris XII, and then worked in reputable law firms from Romania and abroad.
