- Assisted the owner of a top three children products retailer in Romania, regarding the possibility to register a national trademark. We drafted a legal opinion in accordance with the legal provisions, analyzed all the documentation involved, represented the client in front of the competent authorities and sustained the case. - Assisted a top three fast-food retailer in Romania, regarding the possibility to register a national trademark at the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, for which the client wanted an exclusive right on the trademark. We provided legal advice regarding the legal steps to be followed and drafted all the necessary documents in order to obtain the registration certificate. (EUR 500,000)
- Assisted a major Belgian company operating in the electrical products and vehicles sector in a case of vehicle trademark infringement against third parties that illegally used the trademark owned by the client. We drafted the documentation and successfully represented the client in front of the relevant authorities claiming for the suspension of the trademark use by counterpart. Our firm succeeded making the opponent party cease using the trademark, remove it from all advertising and promotional items, and also remove it from company’s website, social networks, advertisements, billboards etc. (EUR 500,000)
- Assisted a major Belgian company operating in the electrical products and vehicles sector with the registration of a trademark with the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks. We obtained all the necessary documents in order to register the trademark and obtain the registration certificate. (EUR 500,000)
- Assisted a major Romanian metallurgical factory in a litigation regarding copyright infringement with claims amounting to over EUR 400,000, representing material and moral damages. We drafted the defense strategy and successfully represented the client in court.
- Assisted a top three fast-food retailer in Romania with a trademark registration at Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks. We drafted all the documentation and application forms and successfully managed to register the trademark. (EUR 500,000)
- Assisted the owner of a top three fast-food retailer in Romania with a trademark transfer agreement. We provided a legal opinion in accordance with legal provisions, doctrine and judicial practice, regarding the transfer, drafted all the required documentation for the successful conclusion of the transfer of trademark transaction. - Assisted a top three children products retailer in Romania with a trademark infringement case. We represented the client against a firm which was using an almost identical company name as our Client`s trademark. Our firm drafted the documentation and represented the client in front of the relevant authorities obtaining the suspension of the trademark used by counterpart from all types of advertising. - Assisted a company operating in the cleaning and logistics sector, that was notified regarding a trademark infringement. We determined the legal grounds and advised the client regarding the legal rights and obligations toward the trademark. (EUR 300,000)

We successfully represented the client obtaining the suspension of the trademark used by the counterpart. (EUR 200,000)
- Assisted a top Romanian retailer and the sole distributor and owner of the trademark of a vehicle in a counterfeiting criminal file against an individual that sold a product identical to our Client`s registered model. We obtained the suspension of the trademark used by counterpart and filed a criminal complaint for the offense of counterfeiting, requesting criminal investigation and criminal liability.
