• Assisted a major Belgian company operating in the electrical products and vehicles sector in a case of vehicle trademark infringement against third parties that illegally used the trademark owned by the client. We drafted the documentation and successfully represented the client in front of the relevant authorities claiming for the suspension of the trademark use by counterpart.
