  • Assisted the owner of a top three children products retailer in Romania, regarding the possibility to register a national trademark. We drafted a legal opinion in accordance with the legal provisions, analyzed all the documentation involved, represented the client in front of the competent authorities and sustained the case. (EUR 6 MIL)
  • Assisted a top three fast-food retailer in Romania, regarding the possibility to register a national trademark at the Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks, for which the client wanted an exclusive right on the trademark. We provided legal advice regarding the legal steps to be followed and drafted all the necessary documents in order to obtain the registration certificate. (EUR 500,000)
